I took a bad fall down ice/snow covered stairs - head first! It felt as though I blew out my knee and had full body whiplash. I couldn't bend my leg, my knee was very unstable, and I could hardly move my hips, neck, shoulders. I had a cryotherapy session the next day. Fifteen minutes later I could bend my leg, almost entirely, with minimal pain! I was amazed! It is three days and two sessions after my fall. I have an orthopedic appointment tomorrow, and I know my healing has hastened with my cryotherapy sessions! I LOVE this place! I love the people who work here and the healthcare providers (chiropractor and massage therapy)! The BEST care I've ever had! I'll keep coming back! This was my first time having Cryotherapy and I didn’t know what to expect. Jessica was very pleasant and relaxed me while I was in the tube of coldness! It really wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. When it was all over I was able to warm up and I started feeling more relaxed and calm.
